Dries Van Noten S/S 2012

With so many vibrant colour and pattern clashes around this season, it is refereshing to see something less crazy that we should not tire of so quickly.

Belgian designer, Dries Van Noten has linked to the wacky juxtaposition trend but used specific colour palette constraints and digital images to add uniqueness.

Using assymetric, informal balance adds a depth to the design work and creates an 'easy to live with' tension that makes the creatively interesting but still hugely commercial.
