Christien Meindertsma explores the life of products and raw materials, Christien explores issues of consumerism and the lost connection between primary producers, farmers and consumers.Through projects such as the one sheep project, and using the product of one animal, for example a fleece to create one product. There is an integral history of the garment and a connection with the animal, it's farmer, the manufacturer/ crafts person and the customer and a wonderful level of care at all levels of production.
