David Seidner

David Seidner (1957-1999) was a fantastic photographer who has left us with many beguiling images informed by a thorough knowledge of art, creating a unique aesthetic. David Seidner's use of mirrors in his fashion photography and portraits enabled him to play with beauty through fragmentation and distortion. This technique was also a way of giving his photographs movement, a cubist approach to photography with a classical sense of beauty. (thank you)

Federico Cabrera

Federico Cabrera, breaks photographs, fractures them, stretches them, smashes them and then holds up the broken mirror he creates, to the fashion world. His work is stunningly beautiful, whilst also poignantly disturbing and reflective, on societies manipulation of the human form, through the dictates of style, fashion and conceived beauty.

Federico Cabrera is an Argentinian now living in Finland, who works for the fashion brand Gilles et Dada
