Macrame was also a feature of Giulia Bastiani's graduation show from Polimoda Fashion School in Italy. Giulia Bastiani's collection, was also reminiscent of Martin Margiela's two dimensional collection with waist bands in unfamiliar positions and the flattening effect of garments who's fastenings and fittings are not relating to the bodies they are attached to.
